1) If you are an organization / company / or any legal entity engaged in developing a CDM Project in non-Annex country and are looking for Investors to either
a) fund or sponsor your project
b) buy CERs generated by your project
2) You have the option to make yourself visible to Investors by checking "Make my Contact Details Visible to Project Investor" at the time of registration or any time by updating your account details.
3) You have the option to upload other project specific documents when you register a CDM Project.
4) You can also call for Expression Of Interest (EOI) against your projects, uploading relevant documents and details.
5) You have the option to give a short description about your project which will be visible to investors in their search results when they perform a search on CDM Projects. Specifying the number of CERs your project will generate over a period of time in this section will help attracting investors.
6) Make sure information is correct and relevant.
7) To get a better search rating make sure information is updated periodically.
Tips for registered CDM Project Investor \ CER Buyers \ VER Buyers
1) If you are an organization / company/ or any legal entity under obligation from Kyoto to reduce your carbon emissions and are interested in either
a) buying CER units or Carbon units from CDM Projects
b) Investing or sponsoring a CDM Projects,
2) You have the option to make yourself visible to Developers by checking "Make my Contact Details Visible to Project Developers" at the time of registration or any time by updating your account details.
3) If you have checked this option and would like CDM Project developers from specific host countries or with specific project sectors etc. to contact you with Project investment opportunities, then please be more specific while filling up your "Project Preferences" section at the time of registration or any time by updating your account details.
4) You can perform a search on CDM Projects based on Project Sector, Project Size, Host Country and Project Stage.
5) You have the option to raise Expression of Interest (EOI) and upload related documents.
6) Make sure information is correct and relevant.
7) To get a better search rating make sure information is updated periodically.
